I am now focused on building my own business, KitchenHand.io , established to reduce food waste.
Having earned my corporate stripes at A.P. Moller–Maersk on their prestigious, global management program, I established a reputation for improvement and change strategies with a focus on customer outcomes and business growth. Since then, I've worked in sustainability, supply chain, strategy and change management, to deliver improvement and transformation focused on growth, customer and profit across a wide range of industries.
A competitive sailor and a very ordinary recreational runner, I love good food, coffee, wine, conversation, seas, trails, humour, and travel - although not necessarily all at the same time... In summary, I'm passionate about food and my connection to the environment.

I am a farmer's granddaughter and a sustainability and supply chain executive. I am also a competitive sailor, recreational surf ski paddler, and an ordinary trail runner. I feel most alive when I am connected to the environment and food.
I have turned my extensive corporate experience and education to solving one of the world's most tricky problems, food waste, beginning with food discarded in households, which comprises one third of the volume and one half of the value of food waste in Australia.
I believe the sunshine and rain, love and energy, blood sweat and tears that goes into growing our food, should not end up in the bin.
