A sporty kid from the Adelaide Hills, I was exposed to high performance sports programs from a young age. This served me well as I travelled to the UK as an Overseas Professional Cricketer in 2002. I remained in the UK after injury cut short my cricket journey and begun my corporate career.
From store manager to Executive I led small, medium and then large teams in customer facing and Business-to-Business environments. I had many challenges along the way. But, successfully leading businesses through austerity and the global financial crisis using my knowledge of team work and collaboration I built a trusted and steady reputation.
Returning to Australia in 2012 as a Regional Executive I realised my talents were best suited to educating and supporting other's performance. Now, as a published author and professional speaker in the performance space I work with global clients such as GSK Pharma, Cartier and Mizuno amongst many others. My work focuses on supporting executive teams and dedicated professionals to cut through the friction areas holding them back.
Most are thrust into leadership positions without the necessary social and strategic thinking skills. I fill that gap and help hard working professionals to elevate their collaboration game. When not obsessing about golf, I work through the challenges of the modern professional life in a relatable and engaging way without the jargon.
