I am a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. I gained my PhD in Clinical Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology from the University of Queensland in 2006. I have run my own private practice for over 10 years, supervised students and colleagues in both public and private settings, and have recently written a self-improvement book, Get it Together Forever! The Ultimate Guide to Stepping into Control of Your Own Life.

I am passionate about educating people to better manage stress and the sometimes overwhelming demands of our modern, complex world. Over the years of clinical practice, I have developed a simple, common-sense framework to help people step quickly and effectively away from self-sabotage and self-limiting beliefs and into the best relationship they have ever had with themselves.

I am a firm believer in work-life balance, and to that end, have a range of interests outside of work. Fresh air and exercise are important, and I love walking and immersing myself in nature. I enjoy reading and writing (both fiction and non-fiction). I am an avid cook, and have recently taken more of an interest in growing my own fruit, herbs and vegetables. I also enjoy theatre both from an actor and audience perspective.
