I’m a 19-year veteran in banking regulation and industry and founded Gen Advisory - a niche Australian advisory firm - to provide technical assistance to banking institutions (ADIs) in support of a resilient and sustainable banking sector. My previous employers include APRA; NAB Group and the Australian Government.
Banking regulation, Authorised Deposit Taking Institutions (ADIs), Open banking, Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) policies.
Running, tennis, films, reading and research (as sad as that last one might sound).
I am the Founder and Managing Director of Gen Advisory - a niche Australian advisory firm providing technical assistance to authorised deposit-taking institutions (ADIs).

At Gen Advisory, we focus predominantly on: open banking; the Hayne Royal Commission's recommendations and FinTech and RegTech more broadly. We believe our role is to contribute towards a resilient and sustainable Australian banking sector.

My career highlights include:

- Nearly 20 years' banking industry and regulation experience.
- Founding Gen Advisory in March 2018.
- Being a DFAT-funded technical adviser on "Financial Sector Supervision and Regulation" in Jakarta, Indonesia from 2014-2018. Our core mandate was overseeing the regulation of financial conglomerates.
- Being an APRA banking regulator, specialising in the regulation of banks and financial conglomerates from 2005-2011.
