Writing, speaking and teaching on practical ways to maximise human potential. The pursuit of the 'Highest Possible Self' for normal people.
Silat (Stick fighting)
I'm an Implementation Psychologist and recognised expert in Human-Centred Design, with more than 20 years' experience in the design and delivery of workplace solutions that address human complexity around safety and high-value teaming.

But I first registered as a Clinical Psychologist back in 1994.

In 2003, I founded the safety company Sentis where we employ a revolutionary approach of applying cognitive skills training to high-risk safety environments. Sentis revenues grew to $14M p/a by 2009 and was voted the 4th best place in Australia to work by BRW Magazine.

In 2010, I completed my studies in Human Centred Design at Illinois Institute of Technology and in 2012 was appointed a Federal Government Human-Centred Design / Design-Thinking mentor for high potential private sector businesses - a position I held for four years.

In 2017, I founded the consultancy Pockets of Brilliance, which specialised in the application of cognitive skills training to enhance critical business processes, such as teaming, alliancing, innovation and leadership.

Early in 2019, I founded Small Giants Advisory to specialise in the application of cognitive skills training for C-suite professionals and Board members.

I have designed and delivered programs globally for companies including Rio Tinto, BHP, Boeing, Boeing Aerospace, Ergon and ANZ Private Bank.

I'm also an ANZI Master Coach, Fellow of the International Association of Facilitators and Certified SCRUM Master, along with a licensed Close Personal Protection Agent (bodyguard) Private Investigator, Armed Cash-in-transit Officer and Crowd Controller.

I've co-authored a chapter in a book on safety leadership titled: Practical Guide to Safety Leadership: An Evidence-Based Approach (https://amzn.to/2AhZczd), along with several research articles in peer-reviewed journals, which can be found here: https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Jonathan_Lincolne2

My latest book (to be released in Dec 2019) is titled: "Thinkology: It's thinking, but not as you know it."
