I have over 32 years of property experience as an Investor, Renovator and Developer. Having retired through property, I now give back by educating others to do the same, alongside managing my own property developments. I now run the largest national network of novice Renovators & Developers via Property Developer Network & RenoSave, with a combined community of almost 6,000 people.

From my experience I know that traditional property investing methods are not working in today's economic climate for most. Combine this with difficult lending conditions and many people can't even get onto the property ladder.

Having purchased my first house at age 18, first investment property at 21, & owned my first home outright at 24 I have been through several property cycles and have developed a range of alternate strategies to help build wealth using property, which is the basis for our education through our community.

I am somewhat of a Maverick in our industry not subscribing to the unscrupulous principles of many property spruikers out there, and instead giving our members access to real hands on skills teaching them exactly how to do it for themselves, how to avoid common mistakes, how to bypass the banks, and how to manufacture profit and not rely on the market to do the heavy lifting for you.

Some of our creative strategies allow investors to profit from property without ever owning it by learning to CONTROL the property. As you know "Time is Money" so by learning how to control property you can use the time you have created to force value onto it through the Property Development process. Without the cost of purchase to worry about, you can profit using very minimal funds, and by combining with some of our other strategies do it sometimes starting with no money at all.

In addition to the above, if you are seeking a source of ongoing future story talent, I would be happy to introduce you to people within our community. Our community ranges from single mums starting with nothing to young couples, and also retirees, with a range of issues and challenges.
