I coach people individually in Melbourne, Australia and also have an online coaching program, which allow clients from around the world to train the BlockFIT training method. With an individually tailored approach to each client's heath and fitness goals, this highly successful program is based on a H.I.I.T and whole-foods approach which includes meal preparation and recipes, body shredding interval training programs, motivation, mindset and fitness know-how in a safe, supportive environment.
