With a childhood spent in Regional South Australia among some of Australia’s best local produce I developed a love for food from an early age.
I come from a Italian family which built their life's around good quality food and produce. My passion for food led me to complete an apprenticeship at the Hyatt (ACT) and then onto Australia’s culinary epicenter, Melbourne, where I have developed a specialty in Modern European Cuisine. I have worked with great chefs such as Shannon Bennett spending two years at Vue de Monde.
Wanting to bring my own style of cookery to a wider audience I launched my first business "Sliders on Tyres" which serves gourmet street food and of course Sliders.
